HEY.
long time no see. haha. Japan was freaking awesome! I wanna go back there with FSB againnnnnnnnnnnn. so... lets see what I can remember about the trip.
22/11 - went to airport in the evening, blah blah check in had dinner all that stuff you do at the airport, then took a plane to Hong Kong. watched Inception. landed at almost midnight.
23/11 - then from there took plane to Osaka Japan. Yay. Watched bits of Despicable Me. so yeah, at Japan... oh. we waited and waited for a long time and finally the bus arrived. when I first stepped outta the airport, omg it was like hell. it was freaking cold and my teeth were literally chattering. especially when the wind blew, omg it was freezing. but I soon got used to it. oh well. then we went to Osaka Aquarium of whatever it's called. yeah fishes. so many of em. pretty. then... I think we went to some mall or something. didn't buy anything though. then went to the hotel to unpack and blah. I roomed with Amanda Sia. haha. so when we got there... oh yeah. there were three beds but two people. haha. and the bathroom was... hmm it seemed totally plastic. I'm guessing you don't know what I'm talking about but anywayyyy, we got there and took a nap. till it was time to assemble for dinner. haha. so dinner was fine though I didn't have much of an appitite that day. thanks to BiQun and Amanda for taking care of me :D sorry if I ruined your day.
24/11 - I think we went to Osaka Castle. haha. nice. I like the ducks in the disgusting moat. ahhas. went all the way to the top. awesome scenery. then we went to Skyview or whatever it's called. it's basically a really tall building and you can see everything from the top. awesome too. but cold. then after dinner, we went to Kinki University Band concert. they're really awesome.
25/11 - went to Kobe for the earthquake museum thing. then went to the earthquake memorial park after lunch. then we had shopping I think. then we went up a mountain. by bus of course. and wow. the view at the top is the awesomemest. it's seriously nice. although by that time, my camera memory full liao. so I had to take really low quality pictures with my phone camera. oh well. but it was freezing cold. went back to the hotel after that.
26/11 - music museum. ahhas there was the natural horn. it's like the fhorn but no keys or valves or anything. haha. we had bento lunch. then we went to the nissin cup noodle factory. then went for kendo. hmm. cool. I actually hit people. it was freaky but fun.
27/11 - panasonic center in the morning. then went kinki university after lunch. haha omg the people there are seriouly nice and friendly and cute and omg I love them. they're really very adorable even though they're like about 6 years older than me lol. so we practiced with them in our sections. and combined too. they're really good.
28/11 - went to kinki university. practiced with them, watched them play... hmm. played games, had lunch with them, but unfortunately it was our last day with them. 2 days with them only. how saddening. but probably if we had more days with them, I'd miss them more. so yeah after practicing, we, or more like they, had chicken curry cooked by the teachers from our school. then presentation by our school students of Singapore's culture. then they played some songs for us. haha omg that's so nice of them. and they were awesome. man I really miss them. so yeah we had to go... ah well.
29/11 - shopping the whole day. went to places like doutonbori, nippomboshi or whatever and yeah, bought stuff. mainly sweets and necklaces. haha. but tiring. and we didn't have a bus already so we got to places by taking the train. they freaking have cushioned seats unlike the Singapore MRT plastic seats! LOL.
30/11 - USJ! haha it was fun. didn't get to take the roller coaster but oh well. Jurassic Park that ride was fun. and me, Amanda, BiQun got 2 elmos each for free cause we were watching this old man playing a coin game at a booth. he had won so many and was still playing. and after seeing us standing there watching him, he gave us 2 each. haha. I got blue and orange. but I want purple... ah well s'okay. so yeah USJ was fun :D
1/12 - sadsadsad left Japan... woke up at 4am Singapore time so get ready and assemble. took a plane to Hong Kong then Singapore. reached Singapore at like 6.30pm. I freaking didn't get a window seat again D: I actually got a seat close to a window, but some people just had to... ah well. read my book most of the time in the plane. so yeah. finally got back to Singapore.
I miss Japan lots. like how they have red and yellow leaved trees. and people ride bikes as a form of transport instead of just exercise. and I've noticed that Japan looks pretty dull. I mean, the buildings are mostly greyish, white, with some hints of red and orange, but in dull shades. but of course, there are the awesome autumn read and yellow leaved trees. it's awesome. straight out of an anime. oh, and the cute and friendly and nice people. ahh... and the cold weather too. it's nice to not sweat all the time you know. haha. and when we forgot something on the USJ day, we had to run all the way back to the hotel, but we didn't sweat or anything. haha. cool. oh and when it's really cold, like at night, sometimes there will be mist when we breathe from our mouths. haha. missing it all... but I missed Singapore too so I didn't really mind coming back. I missed my bed and com and not feeling cold all the time. oh yeah. the food at Japan is awesome. really good. maybe I could go back at 2011 after O levels. Hm. Okay then. That's about all for the trip.
there was church choir day camp the last few days. I missed the first day cause 1/12 still coming back to Singapore. so yeah yesterday was the first time I looked at the songs. haha. but I managed just fine. so yeah it was kinda nice. todays the last day and tomorrow's the concert thing. and I have a passage to read on stage. Oh well. at least it was english this time unlike the past 2 years. heehs.
now I'm bored. I have lots to do but I'm tired... I'm so waking up late tomorrow. haha okay then. I think this is all.
